Meet the OutCast

Out — Outside and into the future. Everything I build is for people who are out in the elements, moving, and looking ahead.
Cast — Every good decision starts with knowing what's coming. A forecast, a plan, a simple answer before you head out the door.
OutCast — Thinking differently has always been how I work. If you've ever felt like the obvious solution wasn't obvious enough, you're in the right place.

The name is personal. So is every app that carries it.

It started on the Lehigh River. Before every paddleboard session I was juggling multiple websites — the USGS monitoring station for water temp, gauge height, and flow rate, then a weather site for wind speed and direction, then doing the math in my head to figure out if conditions were safe. So I built one page that pulls all of it together, does the math, and gives me a single answer: GO or NO GO.

That was the first app. Everything since has followed the same idea — find the friction, remove it, give people exactly what they need and nothing they don't. Simple and boring perhaps, but always functional and intuitive. The running club needed something better than Facebook. The golfers needed the forecast for their specific tee time at their specific course. Each one started with a real person who had a real problem.

I'm based in the Lehigh Valley and work with local individuals and groups that want something built for how they actually operate — not a bloated platform they'll use 5% of.
